Action Groups
Palo Alto Forward’s Action Groups volunteers lead our advocacy efforts around housing and transportation as well as our event planning and fundraising efforts. Action Group members receive a free PAF volunteer membership.
If you are interested in joining any of these groups, please fill out the google form embedded below. We welcome all levels of experience and knowledge.

Track activity in Palo Alto related to new policies and programs, zoning changes.
Monitor ARB, PTC and City Council meetings and meet with Planning staff as needed.

Track activity in Palo Alto related to biking/transportation and climate policies and advocate.
Review changes in transportation policies and comment on them
Meet with City transportation staff

Conceptualizes, plans, and executes programs and events to educate, unite people, and create community. Also leads PAF’s fundraising efforts.

Engage new potential members, create networking opportunities, help them feel part of a more significant sustainable abundance movement, and connect them with volunteering opportunities. This committee is responsible for creating the first rung on the ladder of volunteer engagement.
We mobilize our community to support housing and transportation policies that prioritize and promote housing abundance, environmental sustainability, and the voices of those most impacted by our housing crisis.
