Come join us for a fun, lively, informative and engaging walk through downtown Palo Alto. Why does our downtown look the way it does? Why do these developments seem to feel good when you walk by? What do different housing densities look/feel like? How do curb cuts, landscaping, building heights, and density effect the way we experience our built environment?
We've identified 3 residential clusters that will afford us the opportunity to learn and experience what makes a development enjoyable to live in and walk by. Come join us for bagels and coffee and then a guided tour with discussion about the planning and legal and design background of these buildings and this housing helps shape the experience of our city.
When: Sat, Jan 24. Gather at 9:30 for coffee and bagels. Tour will leave at 9:45; and ends at approximately 12 noon
Where: Tour starts at 1001 Emerson Street (entrance on Addison) and ends at 216 Everett St
